Turmeric Drink

This amazing drink will boost your immune system. You can drink it every day before lunch or dinner.To be honest, when the first time my friend Mike told me about this drink, i wasn't expecting too much.But now I consume it twice a week and I highly recommend it to everyone.
All you need:


  • two cups of yogurt
  • two bananas
  • two tablespoons of grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons ground turmeric
  • one lemon
  • two tablespoons honey
